Same problem.. perhaps some insight

I've been having similar problems for weeks now. This beta has been truly frustrating.

What I have found, however is that the NSD crashes seem to be related to rendering of email with some embedded graphics. Not all HTML email crashes my system... but some with embedded/attached graphics do.

What I have had to do is delete those emails from my Blackberry as it is impossible to do so in the Notes client without crashing Notes.

Further complicating this issue is the fact that I can't quit Notes. I could for a while, but at some point I can no longer quit Notes... I always have to Force quit. This presents the problem that I can never fully save preference changes and I always end up with saved workspace tabs from months ago (now) and my email file pointing to an email from that same time period.

Thankfully, that email is not one of the embedded image emails that crashes my system. As a result, I can restart and spend the minutes it takes to close out old tabs and get my workspace to what I want it to be now.

In your case Mike, you may be stuck on that email that crashes Notes... so you are in an endless cycle.

I have no idea how to fix any of this... but perhaps this insight helps Chris or someone else on the team to resolve this matter.
